We had been regular patrons at the Corvallis Grocery Outlet over many years and as such had come to know and appreciate many of the more mature, seasoned employees, most of whom we knew by name. Unfortunately, most of these older workers the new owner appears to have dispensed with in favor of the fresher, younger clerks who are now ringing up our groceries. I wonder how many of the younger employees will remain working at the Corvallis Grocery Outlet once classes have begun at Oregon State? Stay tuned.

we were in the store today 7/11/26 at 9:40 am, we were buying some Treetop juice and some other items, the computer tried to charge a bottle deposit but there was no OR deposit on that item. The manager was called and he tried to correct the computer but couldn't. So he refused to sell us the product because it was going to take too long to fix the system. He was very rude and disrespectful. I hope Cassondra Wessels the owner wakes up to see she has managers that are not respectful to regular customers. it will be some time before i go back there. and i will be sure to tell our friends of the incident.

I am very disappointed in this store. I went to return an item, a spice rack that was to fit in a drawer but was too long to fit. Never even removed the cardboard surrounding the item. First they claimed they couldn't pull the receipt off my Visa card (yes they can, I've done it in the past) and then the guy lies straight to my face and said I can't return it because it had been used, because it had some dust and the bottom of the legs were dusty. Dude, I picked it up in your store like that! Shame on you! I will not shop there after being lied to.

So thrilled they had organic choices!!! Esp in veggies (unlike the GO in Sweethome) totally worth going to!! And organic ice cream 🍨 for dinner 😋😋🤤🍽️

SCAM ALERT! Every single time I have been in this store the tags say one thing and the items ring up as more $. Yesterday Hi-Chew candies rang up as a whole dollar more than the tag said. Aladdin hummus rang up as 40 cents more than the tag said. It took a manager coming over to sort everything out and I still had to pay the 40 cents more for the hummus because the manager had already walked away after fixing the candy price. I had frozen foods from other stores in the car so I could not wait. I also must mention that the bathrooms being locked and having to be let into them by an employee is beyond insulting. I am done shopping at this store and will tell everyone I know to avoid it. It’s supposed to be serving the wonderful community of Corvallis and instead it feels like a cold, sad place where they are more than happy to scam you!
